Dennis Rourke
Partner - Boston

Dennis is a partner focusing on the software sector at America's Growth Capital. Prior to joining America's, Dennis served as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Software Group at Banc of America Securities and was also a founding member of Montgomery Securities' East Coast Technology Group.

With over 70 completed transactions, Dennis has raised over $4 billion in capital, primarily for software and IT services companies. Previously, Dennis was an investment banker at Cowen & Company, First Albany Corporation and the Bank of Boston.

Dennis holds a Masters in Management from the MIT Sloan School and an M.A. in German Literature from the Johannes Gutenberg Universitat. He received his B.A. in English from Middlebury College.
