Rudy Minar
Partner - Boston

Rudy is a partner in the Investment Banking Group of America’s Growth Capital. He has over 15 years of experience working with technology companies as an investment banker and management consultant. Prior to joining America’s he was executive director in the Technology Investment Banking Group at CIBC World Markets, where he was responsible for originating and executing over 60 financial transactions worth $7 billion including mergers and acquisitions; public equity and debt offerings; private equity and debt placements; and principal investments.

Previously he was vice president of corporate finance at Punk, Ziegel and Knoell and a vice president in the private equity group at Barclay Investments. Before his career in investment banking, Rudy was a consultant with Accenture and SRA International.

Rudy received a B.S.E.E. from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.A. in International Affairs from Columbia University.
