Russ is a vice president in the investment banking group at America's Growth Capital. With 15 years of technology and services industry experience, he has advised on a broad range of public and private sellside, buyside, cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions spanning application and infrastructure software, healthcare IT, life sciences, financial technology, IT security, and digital media. Prior to joining America’s Growth Capital, Russ’ professional experience includes technology investment banking at Jefferies & Co., analytical strategy consulting at Accenture and buyside acquisition management for software and IT security systems as a US Air Force officer. Russ has advised on more than 20 completed strategic advisory and capital raising assignments over the past four years.

Russ earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School, an MS in Operations Research from Northeastern University and a BS in Operations Research from the US Air Force Academy.
