Andrew Kelley, III

Andrew is a partner in the investment banking group at America's Growth Capital. Based in New York City, Andrew focuses on IT services, business services and software. His 10 years of experience include investment banking at UBS, corporate development at IBM and equity research at Goldman Sachs. For the last six years, Andrew has focused predominately on mergers and acquisitions for UBS where most recently his calling focus was middle market IT and business services companies. He has successfully completed over $30B in advisory and capital raising assignments over his career and has worked on numerous other situations. Andrew began his business career by co-founding Virtual Ink in 1997 with MIT classmates and is co-author of 11 patents.

Andrew earned his MBA from Harvard, a MSME from MIT and a BSME (summa cum laude) from NCSU.
