Scott is a partner in the Investment Banking Group of America's Growth Capital. Prior to joining America's, Scott was an Associate in Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown's Technology Investment Banking Group. Previously, Scott was an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at SBC Warburg and an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch & Co.

Scott received an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a B.A. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
