Letter from the Co-Founders

In founding America's Growth Capital, we were determined to create a new model for the boutique investment bank: entrepreneurially driven, a firm owned and run by its partners-seasoned veterans with deep domain expertise and execution experience within the emerging growth sectors.

Today, our vision remains to be a firm with the scale, best-in-class capability, sector expertise and relationships, and breadth of services which fully address the needs of our clients across the country and overseas. The list of services that we offer has expanded to include M&A Advisory, IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, private placements, LBOs, cross-border transactions, fairness opinions, sector-focused white papers, management road-shows, industry conferences, equity sales trading, research coverage and capital markets updates. The senior-level attention that we provide our clients across this broad spectrum sets us apart from our competitors.

We are proud of the commitment and dedication that each team member brings to every partnership that we forge.
